Bucket Listers' is excited to partner with CocuSocial to bring you a Handmade Pasta making class:
๐Ÿ Classic Handmade Pasta Making
๐Ÿ’ฐ $56 per person
๐Ÿ“Hyatt House Chelsea, 815 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY (classes are in person)
โ„น๏ธ Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine & Pappardelle. You will learn to make two different pasta dishes, Pappardelle with Chicken Sausage Marinara and Fettuccine with Vegetable Ragout. Use a pasta machine to make your Fettuccine. Then learn to cut thicker noodles to form your Pappardelle. You will each learn to make one of the sauces from scratch. But don't worry, everyone will sit down and enjoy both dishes at the end of class!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests throughout class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
