About the event:

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Fettuccine & Pappardelle noodles. You will have the option to flavor your pasta dough with dried herbs and spices for a unique spin on the classic.

While the dough rests, your chef instructor will demonstrate (with class participation) how to make an easy and flavorful Cherry Tomato Sauce. This class teaches you how to make pasta the old-fashioned way, using rolling pins and pasta-cutting wheels to make your Fettuccine, and simply hand-cutting the dough into thicker noodles to form your Pappardelle. Get ready for an arm workout!

Farm to People is an online farmer’s market delivery in NYC. Its mission is to make it easier to eat well at home by curating farm shares and a marketplace with the best seasonal, local produce, sustainable meat and fish, and delicious grocery staples. The class will be taking place in their warehouse, the perfect way to make delicious food surrounded by the best quality ingredients!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed and drinks are NOT included in the ticket price.

Let's Keep It Safe:

All guests are required to show proof of full vaccination in order to participate in class. Your Chef Instructor will be checking vaccine cards and apps during check in. Masks are required at all times in the venue aside from when you are eating or drinking at your table. Your chef instructor will wear a mask throughout the entire class as well. Guests will be allowed to remove their masks when eating and drinking. As a result, booking parties will be socially distanced from one another while eating. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed and drinks are NOT included in the ticket price.
