About the event:

This holiday season, an Immersive World of Magical Light installations comes to life at the LuminoCity Festival at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow NY.


This year’s theme
“Pure Magic” will deliver state-of-the-art production that brings art, light, and color to life through remarkable displays. This jaw-to-the-floor visual enrichment display is ideal for family and friends of all ages.

Festival goers are invited to walk on a narrative walking journey with mind-blowing light-art installations through 8 custom display sets. From Wildlife Safari, Dinosaur Adventures, Magic Kingdom, Alice’s Enchantment, Winter Wonderland, HolidayLAND, and more, this immersive outdoor event covers 17+ Acres of Long Island’s own historic Eisenhower Park.

As of April 8th, 2022, the CDC does not require masks to be worn. However, all visitors, vendors, and staff are encouraged to wear their masks. Please maintain social distancing from other parties for the safety of all visitors and the staff. If you are feeling any COVID symptoms, we ask that you do not attend the festival until you are feeling better. Hand Sanitizers stations will be strategically placed for you to use. This policy is subject to change based on local and state mandates.

FAQ:

- How does Parking work at the LuminoCity Festival x Nassau County?
Parking is FREE. We recommend you park at Parking Lots 2 and 4 because they are at the festival entrance gates. If no spots are available there, Parking lot 3 would be the next best available lot.

- What if it rains?
The LuminoCity festival is a rain or shine event unless canceled due to a Force Majeure Event*. If such an instance occurs, tickets for that day/time slot(s) will be exchanged or refunded. Notice of such occurrences will be communicated to those ticket holders through our ticketing system, newsletter, and social media accounts.

*A force majeure event is the occurrence of an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer, including, but not limited to, explosions, fires, floods, earthquakes, catastrophic weather conditions, or other elements of nature or acts of God; acts of war (declared or undeclared), acts of terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorder, rebellion or sabotage; city-wide illness outbreak or pandemic, biosecurity incident, acts of federal, state, local or foreign governmental authorities or courts; labor disputes, lockouts, strikes, or other industrial action, whether direct or indirect and whether lawful or unlawful; failures or fluctuations in electrical power or telecommunications service or equipment.


- What do I bring to the LuminoCity Festival x Nassau County?
Camera or phone with lots of battery to remember the world-class light displays and memories you will hopefully cherish forever!


- Is it allowed to fly drones at Eisenhower Park?
You will need a permit from the Nassau County Police Department to fly drones.


- What is the flow of the LuminoCity Festival x Nassau County?
Once you enter the festival at Eisenhower Park, you will have to check in at either the North Gate or the South Gate. VIP ticket holders will also check-in at either entrances, and will be shown to a different line for fast-pass entrance. Once you enter, be prepared to be transported into a world of light and radiance. Please be aware that other visitors will be enjoying the experience as well, so please follow the flow of the festival. Re-admittance, after you leave the festival, however, is not allowed.


- Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals servicing those with physical disabilities are allowed entrance into the festival. Please bring your service animal’s certification card in case of any issues.


- What is the policy on strollers?
Strollers are allowed into the festival. We do not offer check service, and strollers are not available for rental.


- Is the festival ADA Accessible?
Yes, the festival is ADA compliant and we have made sure that every visitor has the ability to view and experience the festival in the best way possible. We do not offer check services or wheelchair rentals.


- Please note the Prohibited Items/Behavior.

Prohibited items include:
Smoking and alcoholic beverages of any kind.
Outside food and beverages.
Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind.
Mace/pepper spray and other self-defense or restraining devices.
Marijuana (including marijuana-enriched products) or any illegal substance.
Intrusive equipment such as camera setups, tripods, audio gear, selfie sticks, drones, etc.,
Large bags/backpacks, sports equipment (bats, balls, etc.), and glass containers.
Hoverboards, bikes, and scooters of any kind.
Using benches and other LuminoCity properties as storage.
Illegal vending or Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
Please do not touch, damage, or deface any trees or other venue property.
