ARTECHOUSE, an innovative leader in the field of technology-driven and experiential art, has announced an immersive and enchanting holiday experience for the whole family - SPECTACULAR FACTORY: The Holiday Multiverse.

Open to the public November 19, 2022 – January 8, 2023, Spectacular Factory brings everyone's favorite holiday themes to life and immerses guests into an imaginative multiverse of holiday digital worlds. Visitors will float among giant swinging jingle bells, crash the party of a thousand nutcrackers, join a thrilling train ride through wreaths, take a spin in the candy cane carousel, and more!

Located at Chelsea Market, ARTECHOUSE NYC is conveniently situated among scores of vendors offering artisanal food, art, and apparel gifting options for the holidays.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.


Is the space accessible?
We are a fully-accessible space. Mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers are allowed on the exhibition floor. Some individual programs may have an intended use or method of interaction that may be difficult for some visitors, but each is nonetheless fully maneuverable and compliant with the ADA.

Please note that some of our programs utilize strong lighting effects and loud sounds, for details, please refer to the disclosure for each installation.

How long can I stay?
Tickets are purchased for individual hour-long sessions. When space allows, visitors are welcome to remain with us past their hour-long session.

ARTECHOUSE reserves the right to enforce the one-hour timeframe when necessary, in situations including but not limited to maintaining a safe capacity limit for social distancing purposes, private events, and the transition to after-hours sessions.

Is photography/videography allowed?
Photography for personal use is allowed, though we request that you refrain from using flash. We welcome our visitors to capture their memories and invite you to tag #ARTECHOUSE if you choose to share your experience for a chance to be featured.

Commercial photography, product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video and camera equipment are PROHIBITED without advance approval and accompaniment from an ARTECHOUSE representative.

Do you have to be a certain age to visit?
We are happy to welcome visitors of all ages to enjoy the space, but certain exhibitions may include a recommended age due to the use of flashing lights, loud sounds, delicate materials, and the like. Because our exhibitions change throughout the year, we suggest that visitors refer to the description of each new exhibition on our website for any age recommendations.

Tickets are required for all visitors aged 4 and up. Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and all children must be closely supervised by their accompanying adult to ensure their safety and the safety of the artwork.

Our “After Hours” sessions begin at 7 pm and only adult tickets are available for these times. When our XR Bar is operating at ARTECHOUSE DC, “After Hours” are strictly for adults aged 21 and over. All visitors will be asked to present a valid, government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Can I bring my bags and/or strollers with me?
Suitcases, luggage, large backpacks, and bags larger than 16” are not permitted in the exhibit space and cannot be checked or left with staff. Strollers are not permitted on the main exhibition floor; however, at ARTECHOUSE DC and NYC they can be left in our coatroom or locker area. Please note, these areas are not attended and ARTECHOUSE does not take any responsibility for any lost, missing, stolen, or damaged items. There is no storage at ARTECHOUSE Miami.

Can I bring food/drinks with me?
To protect our technology on-site, we do not allow any outside food or beverages inside the art space. Please dispose of any prior to your visit. Bottled water is permitted only in non-exhibit areas. No beverages are permitted on the main exhibition floor.

Is there anything I should avoid bringing with me?
We request that you do NOT bring any drinks, food, gum, or illegal substances. Please dispose of any prior to arriving for your visit.

Please note that ARTECHOUSE does not offer monitored or locked storage for visitors’ belongings. Therefore, please avoid bringing valuables during your visit. We also do not allow strollers, luggage, or large backpacks onto the exhibition floor.

No visitor shall carry firearms, other dangerous or deadly weapons, or explosives, either openly or concealed on the premises. The prohibition on firearms applies to all visitors, including those with firearm permits.
