🍣 Next Level Sushi: Classic Rolls & Edible Art
ℹ️ No prior experience is required to attend this fun and hands-on sushi class (but Intro to the Art of Sushi is a fun ride )! You’ll be guided step-by-step in the skills required to make four sushi rolls and then take them to another level.

In two hours, you'll have made a Veggie RollCalifornia Roll (and topping), Spicy Tuna Roll, and a Challenge Roll . This adventure will have your chef instructor guide the sushi party through an easy system to make beautiful rolls, take them to the next level, and then challenge your new found skills by creating "edible sushi art".

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated within your group and socially distanced from the other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. You are welcome to BYOB.

🍣 Next Level Sushi: Tempura, Crunchies, and Spicy Mayo
ℹ️ In this fun, hands-on, and social class, our expert Chef Instructor will take you through the art of making tasty and unique sushi rolls with some ingredients you may have never enjoyed in sushi before! You’ll be guided step-by-step in the skills required to make sushi using the ingredients you have at home.

Try your hand at a Crunchy Roll (shrimp tempura, crispies, and teriyaki), a Tuna Out/Tuna In Roll (tuna, avocado, Japanese red pepper, and spicy mayo), and finally the Challenge Roll (cucumber, avocado, Teriyaki tofu, spinach, and Japanese chili). This is a sushi class unlike any other you've ever taken before! You can be sure that only the freshest vegetables and ingredients will be used to take your sushi making game to new heights.

Let's Keep If Safe:
All guests are required to show proof of full vaccination in order to participate in class as of January 3, 2022. Your Chef Instructor will be checking vaccine cards and apps during check in.  All guests are required to wear masks during class regardless of vaccination status.  Your chef instructor will wear a mask throughout the entire class as well.  Guests will be allowed to remove their masks when eating and drinking.  As a result, booking parties will be socially distanced from one another while eating.
