Meet us at the Arena – Group fitness classes are back and we're celebrating with 45-minute classes & Left Coast brunch! Studio Three is taking your workout outside, at their private 60-person outdoor space at 863 N. Orleans, built just for you. The Arena includes distinguished classes taught by the world-class S3 team. Each individual will have their own designated area which will allow attendees to maintain social distancing during classes, followed by classic weekend brunch dishes.

🧘♀️About the Yoga Class:
This 45-minute, outdoor Vinyasa-based class is the perfect practice for all levels, focusing on breath and movement to cultivate a mindful flow. Build strength and endurance, improve stability, and increase flexibility while revitalizing the body.

🍳 Brunch Menu - After each class, brunch will be provided by the elevated health food spot, Left Coast. Each event attendee will choose one brunch entrée from the following options at checkout:
● 1 slice of hermosa avocado toast and scrambled eggs (dairy free)
Toasted semolina bread, avocado, mojo rojo, red onion, and basil
● Smoothie 16oz - all gluten free and vegan
- Option 1: Hot Date
Yams, almond milk, dates, greek yogurt, banana, ginger, chia seeds, lime, cinnamon (Gluten Free)
- Option 2: Pina Cocada
OJ, banana, pineapple, vanilla plant protein, coconut milk, lime (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, + Vegan)
● Overnight oats with a piece of fruit and gluten free banana bread
Oats - steel cut oats, plain greek yogurt, tumeric, oatmilk, almond milk, blueberries, cashews, and sesame seeds. GF banana bread does contain walnuts
● Cold pressed juice (gf/df/v)
- Option 1: Going to California
Kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, ginger, lemon
- Option 2: Shine a Light
Ginger, tumeric, lime, coconut water, agave

WHAT IS STUDIO THREE?
Studio Three is boutique fitness that offers three unique disciplines - Cycle, Interval, and Yoga - each housed in their own state of the art studio space, to create the most effective and inclusive fitness environment anywhere.
I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE. WHAT IF I CAN'T DO EVERYTHING IN THE CLASS?
Our classes are designed with every type of student in mind and our instructors will offer modifications to suit the daily and changing needs of our students. We are on this journey together and it is our primary goal that everyone achieves personal success in class.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO WORKOUT AT STUDIO THREE?
Clients must be 15 years or older to participate in classes at Studio Three. Please note, all clients who are 15-17 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on site at our studio.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sales are final, reschedules will be considered on a case by case basis
DO YOU HAVE YOGA MATS?
No, guests should bring their own yoga mats. If you do not have a yoga mat, you can just work out on your individual astroturf platform. Some clients just bring a beach towel.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Studio Three River North location has street parking.
