Take a Free Sunrise Yoga Class in Buffalo Bayou Park

Calling all early birds! Houstonians have the pleasure of doing their sunrise downward dog in style at Buffalo Bayou Park. Offered every other Friday, this 45 minute class will allow for a clear mind and set intentions over the weekend.

Enjoy a Beach Day at Galveston Island State Park
