End your experience at the Roastery by ordering a refreshing to-go cocktail.
On your way out, order up a Final Say cocktail crafted with matcha, blanco tequila, a blend of herbaceous liqueurs, and lime, and topped with a coffee-infused Amarena cherry.
Or make an evening out of it with the to-go Espresso Martini flight featuring three delicious flavors: the Classic, made with espresso, single malt vodka, and vanilla bean syrup, the Orange Cacao with creme de cacao, seco sherry, and orange bitters, and the Cherry Limone made with cherry liqueur, limoncino dell’Isola, and lemon peel.

Is your style “coffee in the morning, whiskey in the evening”? If so, you won’t want to miss the Starbucks Reserve Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew Trio experience, where you’ll taste a selection of spirit-free beverages crafted featuring the Roastery’s signature Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew.
The cold brew is made with Guatemalan beans aged in Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels for a unique, refreshing flavor featuring notes of chocolate, oak, and stone fruit. Stop by the sample station to give it a try!
Visit the Costa Rica-Inspired Mini Greenhouse

No need to hop on a plane to visit the lush jungles of Costa Rica. Instead, simply head down two flights to the cellar to find the terrarium installation, inspired by Starbucks’ Costa Rica farm, Hacienda Alsacia.
Get the Scoop at the Scooping Bar

Swing by the Scooping Bar to chat with a Starbucks Coffee Master. Here, they’ll share their love and knowledge of coffee with you while helping you pick out the perfect specially-roasted coffee to take home.
Grab a Bite to Eat at Princi

Once you’ve worked up an appetite tasting your way through the fantastic selection of coffees, stop by Princi, a boutique bakery concept, to enjoy a delicious selection of fresh pastries, sandwiches, pizzas, and more. Our top choice is the Salame Milano sandwich, featuring Milano-style salami and creamy Bufala mozzarella on fresh focaccia bread.
For a sweet treat, finish your meal with the Raspberry Cornetto, a flaky, buttery pastry with raspberry jam.
Watch Masters at Work in the Roasting Area

Watch the Master Roasters at their craft in the Roasting Area. The centerpiece of this vital area is the Copper Cask, an enormous vessel used to process and rest all of the beans after they are roasted to create the best flavor.
You can also watch the roasters swirl coffee beans from all over the world in the custom Probat® Roaster tanks and, of course, ask questions!

With plenty of umbrellas to keep you cool and a full menu of snacks and beverages available, the chic outdoor patio at the Roastery is a great place to post up with friends and watch the world go by on a summer afternoon.
Our top picks? If you’re in need of an energy boost, opt for a classic Espresso made with Starbucks single-origin Paradeisi Blend, featuring an energetic flavor profile with notes of caramel and citrus.
Need something refreshing to cool off on a hot day? Try a fizzy and fun Blood Orange Spritz with fresh orange slices or a creamy blended Frozen Black Tea with Limonata Foam. If you’re feeling extra indulgent, treat yourself with a creamy Cold Brew Malt milkshake!
The patio is open seasonally as weather permits.
