About the event:

Guests will join a brewer from The Bronx Brewery on a comprehensive workshop of the beer-making process, including a tour and tasting of their new pilot brewery, taproom and kitchen located at 64 2nd Avenue in Manhattan’s iconic East Village neighborhood.

The workshop will cover the full spectrum of the brewing process from recipe and flavor profile development, raw materials selection, wort production, yeast handling and fermentation, dry hopping and conditioning processes and finally, packaging.

Following the workshop, the brewer will then guide guests through a tasting flight of five 5 oz pours, paired with a burger of the guest’s choosing and fries from the brewery’s food partners, Sweden’s Bastard Burgers. Vegetarian and vegan options are available! There will also be time for Q&A with the brewer and dedicated space to enjoy additional food and beers afterwards.
