This November, the city that does pizza like no other is gearing up for a slice of the action! The Chicago Pizza Summit, the beloved Windy City tradition, will be returning to continue the tradition of showcasing Chicago’s love of pizza like no other festival can.

The Summit will be returning to The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club, and inviting pizza aficionados, young and old, to celebrate a culinary icon. From deep-dish to thin-crust, Chicago's finest pizzerias and chefs will dish out their masterpieces, some will serve it up by the slice while others will present their unique twist and showcase different types of pizza-inspired cuisine.

Look forward to seeing familiar faces from past summits make their return, along with some fresh new toppings to this year’s roster. Past lineups have included: Professor Pizza, Bacci, Connies, Dimo’s, Five Star, Gino’s East, and Paper Plane with more names to be announced soon. The event will also showcase Caruso’s Giardiniera Station, a Kooshy Salad Bar, and other surprises.

Taking our love for Chicago food a notch higher, this year’s Summit is also partnering with World Business Chicago and 2112, spotlighting Chicago's emerging food and beverage startups and trailblazers. Those with an eye for exclusives, the Chicago Makers Market promises limited-edition merchandise from Pizza Summit itself as well as local brands like Chicago Pizza Tours, Jugrnaut, Professor Pizza, Ashland Leather, Soothsayer Hot Sauce, and more. 

Tickets will be $65. The Chicago Pizza Summit will serve up two flavorful sessions:
- 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM / All Ages
- 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM / 21+ Adults Only

Each ticket doesn’t just get you through the door; but includes unlimited pizza tastings, five drink tokens, and a chance to win an original Don’t Fret Chicago Handshake print..

The Chicago Pizza Summit will also include a surprise keynote speaker, the ultimate pizza photo booth experience, a Pizza Tattoo Parlor, a Pizza Themed Best Dressed contest, tunes by top Chicago DJs, a Chicago pizza pop-up art showcase, and select proceeds from the event benefiting the local non-profit Doughnate Pizza: where dough does good.
