More About the Show

Enter a clandestine Houston lounge, where the illustrious members of The Drunk Shakespeare Society convene for their secret gatherings. The catch? One actor assumes the role of an inebriated performer, downing five shots of whiskey before appearing on stage. A tumultuous and unpredictable spectacle unfolds as the sober actors strive to maintain order amidst the drunken chaos.

You can savor your own drink as you bear witness to the hilarious pandemonium, making unforgettable memories with friends and fellow theatregoers.

Drunk Shakespeare is a play that intertwines classic literature with improvisational comedy and a healthy pour of alcohol. Beyond the uproarious moments and spontaneous surprises, Drunk Shakespeare showcases the remarkable talent and training of its ensemble, who possess a deep understanding of Shakespeare's tales.

Drink up and lose yourself to the thrill of a hidden speakeasy, where you’ll indulge in carefully crafted cocktails and bear witness to hilarity as it unfolds before your eyes. This will be an unforgettable night filled with laughter, quick-witted performances, and a delightfully unrestrained display of theatricality.
