What are the parking options at Allstate Arena?
There is plenty of parking adjacent to the building. Please call the arena for prices as they vary per event. A bus parking fee collected at the gate. Handicapped parking is available around the building. Parking lots open 2 hours prior to events.
What are the general rules of Allstate Arena?
Cameras and recording devices are never allowed at concerts. The Allstate Arena will check at the door. **This is a non-smoking facility.**
Are children allowed?
Children under 2 are permitted free on a parent's lap for family shows only. For all other events, everyone MUST have a ticket. This is a strict policy.
