Be advised that 3505 Clark, Inc (herein referred to as “Nightmare on Clark St”) is: Self guided groups, claustrophobic, intense, extreme, disturbing, vulgar, self-deprecating and aggressive. Nightmare on Clark St uses adult language, heavy fog, strobe lights, loud music/noise, and small spaces. It is not recommended that the following people attend this attraction: people with medical disorders, women who are pregnant, people who have epilepsy, people who are easily offended, people who are claustrophobic, coulrophobic, people wearing open toe shoes and any other phobias that we forgot to mention. Enter at your own risk. We may refuse your admission if we see conduct that may lead to possible danger or injury to yourself or other guests.

Filming & photography will be in progress during the Haunted House. By purchasing a ticket and entering the area, you agree to allow your image to appear in the film and photography for all and any commercial and promotional use for 3505 Clark, Inc.

By entering the property and purchasing a ticket you assume all risk and liability for injury; you’ll be in the dark with hundreds of strangers, many of whom you’re paying to scare and startle you. Nightmare on Clark St accepts no liability for any injury or loss/damage to your personal property. You may be photographed and/or videotaped while on the Nightmare on Clark St premises by security cameras. You may also be asked to pass through a metal detector/wanding/search. These measures are for everybody’s safety. No one 16 YEARS or under will be allowed on the property. Persons 16 to 17 Years of age must be accompanied by a paid adult (18 & over). Women wearing high heel/stiletto shoes on the property do so at their own risk.

If you purchase your tickets and cannot use them for that particular night or time slot, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or time slot changes. Please make your selection carefully.

SECURITY NOTICE: All persons are subject to search/metal detector wanding prior to entry for all guests safety. We ask to please remove all hand-carried metallic objects prior to inspection. Failure to consent or submit to inspection will result in denial of entry.
