About the event:
Sphere's goal is to connect the world through unique atmospheres and experiences. Join us for Soleful Sunday, the biggest reoccurring wellness event in Austin. Workout and meet amazing people in the community through our social run, yoga class, hiit workout, and pickup soccer. Enjoy a number of wellness brands on site, hop in the cold plunge, or just hang out and make new friends.

8:00 AM: FLOW: all levels of yoga flow with Julia Veronesi
9:00 AM: HIIT: with sphere and Atheltic Outcomes
10:00 AM: PLAY: pickup soccer with sphere
