Globally acclaimed baker and (most importantly) Cronut inventor, Dominique Ansel, has opened a new storefront in NYC’s Flatiron District. The attractive location brings its standard creativity to the pastry world, serving a variety of croissants, breakfast sandwiches, and a commissary kitchen––so you can see all the magic unfold right before your eyes!

Croissant lovers should flock here. There’s an entire dedicated croissant section of the menu featuring over seven varieties. From savory olive oil to sweet pain au chocolat, there’s a croissant for all taste buds. Don’t leave this pastry paradise without trying the Brown Sugar––a caramelized croissant––often considered one of Ansel’s best creations.

You don’t need a passport to enjoy the French-imported flavors at Dominique Ansel Workshop. These velvety smooth pastries use hand-churned butter from Isigny Sainte Mere and flour imported from Les Grands Moulins de Paris––both are high-quality and the real deal.
