You'll then roll up your sleeves and dive into a hands-on Schiacciata Dough Making Class, where you'll learn the secrets of preparing our famous Tuscan schiacciata. After shaping your dough, our skilled chefs wil bake it to perfection. As you await your freshly baked schiacciata, enjoy an authentic Apericena -choose between a glass of white or red wine, accompanied by your schiacciata creation and a delicious tagliere (a curated board of Italian meats and cheeses) to share among friends.
