About the event:

Apericena Experience at all’Antico Vinao NYC NOMAD! Begin the evening with a refreshing Spritz on arrival, setting the tone for a delightful journey. You'll then roll up your sleeves and dive into a hands-on Schiacciata Dough-Making Class, where you'll learn the secrets of preparing our famous Tuscan schiaciatta. After shaping your dough, our skilled chefs will bake it to perfection. As you await your freshly baked schiacciata, enjoy an authentic Apericena—choose between a glass of white or red wine, accompanied by your schiacciata creation and a delicious tagliere (a curated board of Italian meats and cheeses) to share among friends. End the evening on a high note by taking home your freshly baked schiacciata loaf as a tasty momento of the experience. 

What to expect:
- all'Antico Vinaio Spritz upon arrival
- Hands on schiaciata instruction - dough rolling, oven prep and seasoning
- Get it cooked! (The chef's will do the baking!)
- Aperitivo (choice of red or white) + schiaciata + 1 tagliere (meat and cheese plates)
