“Blinded By Love” Chocolate and Wine Pairing with Blind Tasting, and Tour of Augusta VIn Winery estate and production!

Journey out of our Tasting Room and into our Winery in a specially designed cart for an unforgettable exploration of our vineyard and estate winery. Enjoy an exclusive, guided excursion and seated “blind” wine tasting as we pair each Augusta Vin wine with specially crafted Hill Country chocolates!

Following the natural progression, you will see the crush pad where we crush our grapes, artisan techniques in the fermentation room, and learn about the effects of barrel aging. The tour concludes with a relaxed and fun chocolate and wine pairing, along with a blind tasting, professionally served to your table.

In addition to the standard tasting of 5 different wines that you will get to try, as a special Bucket Lister’s Gift, you will get to try wine directly out of 1 barrel, and go home with an etched Augusta Vin wine glass as our gift to you!
