After the small group introduction, we encourage independent exploration throughout the space, though our Visitor Experience team will be there to assist you in any way during your visit.
Please note that depending on session capacity, the check-in process may take up to 10 minutes, though this will not affect the amount of time you are permitted in the space.

Discounted Tickets: Each individual ticket holder must fit the category of their ticket, and if ID ticket is used must bring their student or military ID and will be asked by the staff to show it upon check-in.

The exhibition is not recommended for individuals with a family or personal history of sensitivity to lights and certain sounds. Installations are highly immersive and some may use strong lighting effects as well as loud surround sound. Some of the installations utilize reflection to create endless space within a closed in environment.
