About The Event:
A how-to candle-making class using upcycled glass containers as the vessel for the candle! Choose from one of our upcycled wine bottles or bring your favorite wine bottle from home and we will show you how easy it is to repurpose it into something amazing!
Anyone is welcome, no experience is necessary. We will be covering introductory glass cutting and hand pouring each candle with soy wax. Choose from different cocktail scents such as Barrel-Aged Bourbon, Old Fashioned Cocktail, or Whiskey & Sweet Tobacco! Have fun learning something new!
It's BYOB! So feel free to bring whatever you would like to drink. We have a large refrigerator and will provide wine glasses.
Bucket Listers Class Package: 2 1/2 hour class, glass cutting, mixing soy wax with our custom blended fragrances & pouring the candle in their respective bottles that are now sanded and polished.
Guests can bring their own favorite wine/liquor bottle, or choose from a wall of upcycled bottles for free. Guests will also be offered a complimentary mimosa on the house and can BYOB as well. There is a 10-minute downtime ( between glass cutting and pouring) while Fernando uses the machine and completes the bottles. Guests enjoy this to take a moment to refill drinks and chat a bit.
HOW TO FIND US!
Enter the building off of Carpenter St and turn into the courtyard. You will see a loading dock area- you can park inside this area. Go up the wood stairs and there is a glass door in the far RIGHT corner.

If you arrive 20 minutes or later after the class start time, you will miss the glass cutting instruction, and will make your candle with a pre-cut 11oz wine bottle provided by Chicago Candle Co
