The chng+crw Wellness Night Cap at Naturopathica Spa Tribeca is a carefully curated experience designed not only to promote relaxation but also to encourage personal reflection and goal setting. By aligning your nightly routine with your aspirations for growth, this session seamlessly blends steam/sauna therapy, rejuvenating treatments (facial or massage), and a guided mindfulness experience. This journey engages the senses, releases tension, and fosters meaningful intention-setting through breathwork, meditation, and journaling, helping you transition into a state of relaxation, grounding, and joy.

Steam/Sauna Therapy
The heat from the steam and sauna helps to relax muscles, open pores, and promote circulation, creating the perfect foundation for deep relaxation. This session allows participants to unwind, release built-up tension, and prepare both body and mind for the restorative experiences that follow. Men’s and Women’s sessions are held in separate rooms. Locker rooms with showers and towels are available for use. Please bring proper attire for the sauna/steam rooms.

Facial or Massage Treatment
Choose between a facial or massage. Naturopathica Spa's skilled estheticians unveil the secrets of nurturing your skin with botanical wonders and reviving your skin. Participants will indulge in a rejuvenating facial or massage, designed to nourish the skin, relieve stress, and restore balance. Whether through targeted skincare or therapeutic touch, this session enhances relaxation and supports overall well-being, leaving participants refreshed and renewed.

Guided Mindfulness Experience
Designed to promote deep relaxation and self-connection, this session blends meditation, visualization, and journaling to help release tension, align intentions, and prepare for rest. Beginning with the calming warmth of the chng+crw Relaxing, Grounding, and Joyful lotion candle and lavender restorative mask, it creates a sensory journey that fosters mindfulness and emotional release. Close your day with clarity and grounding, while gaining tools to carry into daily life.
