About the event:

Featuring a 6-course chef's tasting menu by executive chef Scott Edwards with a top shelf bar (all included). An example menu follows and is subject to change due to chef's preferences.

- Green Mango & Lime Leaf Summer Roll - basil, cucumber, radish
- East Coast Oysters - Grenada chili mignonette
- Burrata & Bottarga - lemon, olive oil, sea salt, sourdough cracker

The Route:
Depart North Cove Marina, sail by Lower Manhattan and into the bay for views of the city skyline in the distance. On our return, we will make a close pass by the Statue of Liberty and then return to North Cove Marina.
