About the event:
Bar Frances Pop Up Shop is a dope place for dope people where you can eat, drink, and listen—Local. This one-stop-shop offers locally sourced food by rotating pop-up chefs, handcrafted cocktails, and live music, all under one roof.
The pop-up will feature a rotating lineup of local chefs, starting in May with Juliana Zarate & Danielle Buncik of OLA—a culinary pop-up club that celebrates L.A.’s diverse culinary heritage as an exchange point for Latin American Chefs, encouraging creative dialogue and collaboration. You can expect a fun fine dining experience with guides of all things ceviche, tamales and more.
Guests are invited to enjoy a cohesive dining experience featuring a multi-course family-style dinner complemented by unique cocktails. These cocktails are crafted using ingredients carefully selected by industry veteran and Bar Frances partner, Mitchel Bushell, in collaboration with the pop-up chefs.
After dinner, the party continues with what they lovingly refer to as "The Disco," where guests can dance the night away to local live music and DJs while enjoying late-night bites by OLA, sipping on handpicked small batch California wine, handcrafted cocktails, local beer & artisanal coffee.
