Expect about one standard cocktail every half-hour, divided into 4–5 courses paired with thoughtfully crafted dishes.

F&Bar is the brainchild of Chef John Gladish, an award-winning chef whose global travels and passion for sustainability shaped this extraordinary concept. By harnessing preservation methods, upcycling, and a zero-waste mindset, F&Bar’s cocktails and “snack” pairings push the boundaries of flavor while minimizing environmental impact.
