All participants must be 18 or older no exceptions.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
ALL bug sprays, sunscreens, and tanning lotions are strictly prohibited from use. This will melt the surface of the kayak and will incur a service charge of $125 for refinishing the inside surface.
OFF!® clip-on's and electronic Thermocell's are permitted for aeromatic bug repellant in the case there is concern over bugs. We do not provide these at this time.
- In the event that I, or anyone in my party, apply ANY bug sprays, Sun screens, or Tanning lotions, I agree to pay damages, restoration and repair costs in a amount of $125.00 for each vessel effected by myself or my party.
- In the event that I or anyone in my party, use a lighted paddle as a depth stick thus forcing water into the internal compartment(s), I agree to pay the $200.00 fee for the paddle being rendered irreparable.
- I understand this charge, will be charged to the original card used for my reservation
