What you will experience

Bucket Listers is excited to partner with CocuSocial to bring you a Handmade Gnocchi-making class:

💰$56 per person
🗓️ Schedule:
Tuesday, October 18th
⏰6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
📍Wild Barrel Brewing, 692 Rancheros Drive, San Marcos, CA 92069

About the event:

In this fun and interactive class, you’ll learn how to make classic gnocchi just like they do in Italy, with the necessary tips and tricks on how to make potato-based dough from scratch. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating the process of making, folding, rolling, cutting, and shaping gnocchi dough. Our Chef Instructor will then demonstrate (with class participation) how to create two flavorful sauces; classic tomato basil sauce and a Sicilian pesto sauce, both made from scratch and easy to recreate at home! We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. At the end of class, sit back to enjoy your creations and pair them with a refreshing beer from Wild Barrel Brewing if you're inclined.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste-testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price.

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
