California Dreaming! Malibu is making waves in Miami this year with the Malibu Barbie Cafe.
Welcome to the Malibu Barbie Cafe! We invite everyone to kick back and have fun while enjoying this immersive dining experience!
As soon as you step into our trendy cafe, you’ll be transported to 1970s Malibu California with a sea of poptimistic Barbie colors, laid-back beachy motifs, and lots of retro glam. Soak up the Cali vibes as you explore the immersive space inspired by Malibu Barbie, including an iconic life-size Barbie Box, made for snapping photos with your best pose. Our menu, by Chef Becky Brown (Master Chef Finalist), was created with all tastes and preferences in mind, and features a delicious array of classics with a unique Barbie-inspired twist.
The Malibu Barbie Cafe allows guests to experience the ultimate form of Barbie-inspired dining. The Malibu Barbie Cafe will be a casual restaurant emphasizing friendly fare, delicious desserts, and a variety of drinks. The pop-up will also come complete with exclusive merchandise and a variety of signature moments for fans to interact with.

$1 to Skate! All proceeds will be donated to Girls Inc., an organization that equips girls in Miami with the tools, resources and role models to grow up strong, smart and bold. Through our year-long free after school and summer programs, girls immerse themselves in creative art, challenging STEM and engaging Life Skills activities. Every dollar earned from your skate will help Girls Inc. to continue to grow their programs and serve more girls in the local community.

Roller skating is based on rink capacity & weather permitting. The minimum age is 5 years old. Kids have to be accompanied by an adult at all times on the skate rink. All skaters will have to sign a waiver onsite to participate. Skating must take place during your reservation time window. Limited amount of skates and safety gear is available, we encourage guests to bring their own!

Becky Brown is a versatile culinary professional, skilled as an Executive Chef, restaurateur, and culinary consultant. After gaining national recognition as a finalist on FOX's Masterchef in 2012, she pursued her passion for cooking and opened her own successful brunch restaurant, Lately, in Los Angeles. With her culinary creativity and expertise, Becky has also served as a private executive chef and consulted for restaurants and food businesses nationwide.

All seating is scheduled on a 90-minute time window. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals before the table is forfeited.
Please be advised, due to high demand, The Malibu Barbie Cafe cannot guarantee that parties with multiple tables will be seated near one another in the dining room. Tables will be seated according to availability at the time of the reservation.
