Come for the pasta, stay for the party! These Pasta Making Experiences are truly unique and fun! This is not a cooking class, it's a cooking party! There is a wine bar open throughout the event, and guests will learn to make handmade pasta. We will serve two kinds of pasta with different sauces, salad and dessert! We'll also have an aperitivo at the start - you will not leave hungry! These events are high energy, with music playing throughout the night, so if you do a little dancing while making your pasta, we won't blame you. To keep it fresh we switch up the pasta shapes we'll be making, typical ones are tagliatelle, cavatelli, orecchiette, garganelli, farfalle, and more!

- Open wine bar throughout the night, spritzes during the aperitivo
- First 30 minutes: Aperitivo with a rotating Italian style app, wine and spritzes (we can accommodate GF, DF, and Vegan)
- Class: Guests learn to make their own pasta led by our instructors, (take your own pasta to cook at home!)
- The staff will serve two kinds of freshly made pasta with two different sauces and a seasonal salad
- We'll finish up the eating with an Italian dessert
- Music plays the whole time with a disco ball for fun vibes!

Come for the pizza, stay for the party! These experiences are the best way to learn about pizza while having fun! This is not a cooking class, it's a cooking party! There is a wine bar open throughout the event, and guests will learn to make neapolitan style pizza. Everyone will get to take their pizza dough home (we'll send a post class video of how to cook it on your own) and then you'll get the chance to learn how to shape, top and cook a pizza dough that we prepared for you. Along with our seasonal salad, and Italian dessert there will be plenty to eat. No pizza party is complete without drinks, so beyond our spritzes served during the aperitivo we will have an open wine and beer bar throughout the night! These events are high energy, with music playing throughout the night!

- Class: Guests learn how to make pizza dough from scratch (take this dough home) then move to our pizza making area to make their own pie
- Enjoy your pizza on the fly and Evento will also put out a seasonal salad and some fresh pasta as well
- We'll finish up the eating with an Italian dessert
- Music plays the whole time with a disco ball.
