About the Gnocchi & Tagliatelle Party:
A party where you happen to be making Gnocchi and Tagliatelle from scratch! These events are led by experienced pasta instructors who will help teach the secrets to make tasty Gnocchi and Tagliatelle! As with all cooking parties, we will welcome everyone with an Italian aperitivo, we serve wine throughout and have music playing to set the right vibe! A pasta party for grownups is the best way to spend a night out in NYC!
Sequence of Events:
- Open Wine bar throughout the night, spritzes during our aperitivo!
- First 30 minutes: Aperitivo with whipped ricotta bruschetta, wine and spritzes!
- Class: Guests learn to make their own Gnocchi or Tagliatelle (take your own pasta to cook at home!)
- Guests are served freshly made Gnocchi and another pasta with different sauces prepared by our chefs as well as a seasonal salad
- The final dish served will be a tasty Italian dessert
- Music plays the whole time with a disco ball.
About the Pasta Party:
Come for the pasta, stay for the party! These Pasta Making Experiences are truly unique and fun! This is not a cooking class, it's a cooking party! There is a wine bar open throughout the event, and guests will learn to make handmade pasta. We will serve two kinds of pasta with different sauces, salad and dessert! We'll also have an aperitivo at the start - you will not leave hungry! These events are high energy, with music playing throughout the night, so if you do a little dancing while making your pasta, we won't blame you.

Everyone will get to eat the pasta with different sauces as well as a salad, a passed brunch style app and dessert. You will not leave hungry! These events are convivial, entertaining and a great way to spend time with friends and family as you wrap up the weekend!
