Come join Club Rewire at the Truly tasting room in downtown Los Angeles & learn tools & conversations from neuroscientists & licensed therapists on a range of topics, including how to rewire your brain for better habits, the brain + gut connection, grit & resilience, flow state, better sleep & many more! Every event includes a Club Rewire journal to write down notes, ask guest speakers questions & guided activities to mingle & make new friends. We can't wait to see you there!

August: Feel Good Hormones

Hear from a neuropsychologist on how to balance and work with our four different feel good hormones: Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin, & Endorphins.  Choose a card from our surprise box and receive a challenge to accomplish this week that will activate one of these hormones for an instant mood lift!

September: Brain Gut Connection + Pro & Prebiotic Taste Testing Stand

Learn about "the second brain" in our bodies and the correlation between food and our mental health! Taste test various pre and probiotic items - featuring kombucha flights & light bites to find your new favorite gut healthy snack.

October: Our Nervous System + Mini Pumpkin Painting

Learn how to regulate your nervous system for optimal functioning & enjoyment in daily life - following our speaker session, paint a mini pumpkin as a way to calm and regulate your system. Keep the pumpkin as a reminder of what you learned and to give yourself the breaks you need this October!

November: Psychology of Gratitude

Learn some new facts to share at the thanksgiving table around the science & psychology behind gratitude as a tool in our daily lives + it's effect on our brains. Write a quick Thanksgiving greeting card to someone you're grateful for using our card supplies as a way to practice gratitude, then leave the card with us & we'll mail it off for you!

December: Grief  

The holidays are hard when we are grieving a big change or loss in our lives. Hear from a licensed therapist on navigating our own grief this season or best practices to help those we know may be struggling at this time.

January: Neuroscience of Visualization + Make your own Vision Board Journal

Learn the neuroscience behind vision boards and discuss with a neuroscientist scientifically backed tips for how to best use vision boards as a tool in goal setting. Design your own vision board on the cover of a journal using materials provided! Use this journal as a place to keep track of your yearly goals and resolutions.

February:  Psychology of Connection

Learn about how to identify the way you relate to others attachment styles, how to create boundaries + best practices for communication. Use our gift design stand to create a personalized gift for someone in your life as a valentine's present based off of their attachment style! Gift stand features: personalized coupon books (acts of service + physical touch + quality time) jewelry making + flowers (gifts) card design (words of affirmation)

March: Better Sleep + Massage Experience

Join us for national sleep week and hear a sleep psychologist  share on the role of sleep in our brains and bodies. Enhance your understanding of the impact of sleep on our relationships, productivity & happiness. Learn actionable tools to enhance the quality of your sleep, understand how to better regulate sleep cycles & address how to create new habits for your sleep patterns.  Following the talk be led in learning a quick and effective self massage routine from a masseuse to add to your nighttime routine as a relaxation tool!

April: Grit and Resilience 

Hear a licensed therapist speak on grit & resilience. Learn the characteristics behind cultivating these traits, actionable tools for development  +  how to balance burnout with long term goals. Leave with a better understanding of sports psychology tools around goal achievement. Following the talk, begin your own Pointillism Sketchbook as a tool to practice resilience as well as a relaxation tool.
