Dress code: Semi-formal attire. Bateaux New York is your excuse to dress up! We require semi-formal attire (dress pants, dress shirts, skirts or dresses, and dress shoes) for your special night on the water. Due to the length of the cruise children 6+ are allowed.
Partner has “An all sales are final” policy and therefore does not accept refunds or cancellations. Special circumstances may be determined on a case by case basis at Partner’s sole discretion. Customer cancellations and/or refunds for purchases made pursuant to this Agreement must be made through Media Partner.
Rescheduling is possible on case-by-case bases. No refunds.
