Sincerely, Ophelia is offering a mixology class for guests who are looking to have fun with friends and learn how to make two classic cocktails. Sincerely, Ophelia's mixologists are classically trained bartenders rooted in careers from prominent cocktail bars in New York City. These mixologists currently hold positions as Head Bartenders, Beverage Directors, and/or cocktail masters taught by mixology stalwarts that have helped craft mixology as we know it today.
