The Tea Omakase Experience is an intentional journey—where every sip, every bite, and every conversation is part of the story.
Begin with The Noah Blend in two distinct brews: a crisp cold brew and a creamy milk brew.
Then, explore each of the five hand-selected ingredients on their own, brewing them separately to reveal their unique character. Along the way, discover the benefits, traditions, and stories woven into each one.
Pair these tastings with five light bites inspired by the ingredients—perhaps a goji berry–infused dessert or the earthy depth of burdock root.
You’ll leave not just refreshed, but inspired—by the craft of tea, the intentionality of brewing, and the connections made in a thoughtfully curated space.
