About The Gingerbread City® NYC Exhibition-only Experience:
Discover a whole city constructed entirely from gingerbread, candy, and frosting. Marvel at the trains and twirling parts built by over 50+ architects and designers. Perfect place to enjoy the holiday mood.
The Exhibition viewing experience could take up to 30 minutes.

Information for the Exhibition and Gingerbread Workshop experience
Your Exhibition + Workshop Experience will start with a visit to The Gingerbread City® Exhibition, followed by the Gingerbread Workshop.
The workshop is one hour long but you may finish your structure sooner.
Workshops will start promptly 30 minutes after ticketed time, and it is not possible to stay beyond the scheduled workshop time.
At the end of the hour-long workshop, we will wrap up your creation for you to take home in a big bag.
Our gingerbread workshop is suitable for children aged 3 and up with adult supervision.
Maximum ONE (1) Under-3 child per one ticketed adult in the same workshop group.
All workshop groups and exhibition groups must have at least 1 ticketed adult present at all times.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once you have booked your tickets, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to attend the Workshop, please email us to arrange for a date to pick up your gingerbread kit(s) from the workshop to create at home.
List of ingredients for our freshly-made gingerbread house kits: butter, sugar, eggs, molasses, malt vinegar, baking soda, ginger, salt, cinnamon, cloves, bread flour. Frosting - egg, sugar, food coloring
**Everything is packaged and prepared in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, and milk products**
This is an all-ages event.
For the Exhibition-Only experience: Please feel free to arrive at any time during your hour-long entry time. Viewing time is about 25 minutes.
All tickets are non-refundable. Once you have booked your tickets, we do not offer refunds.

Please arrive ON TIME for your reserved time slot. Late entries may be possible only if there is available capacity and at the discretion of the management team.
There are no coat rooms and no storage room on site. Please do not bring large backpacks, large bags or suitcases, bicycles, children or adult scooters as we cannot store them in the exhibition space.
No food and drinks allowed. No animals are allowed inside except for guide dogs.
Allergy notice: Some structures in The Gingerbread City may be decorated with nuts. Please ask us for more info when you arrive at the exhibition.
All workshop tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Exhibition-only tickets are exchangeable provided there is availability.
Photographs, videotaping, or recording for commercial use are not allowed without prior arrangement with Museum of Architecture.
No dangerous items to be brought into the exhibition.
We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the exhibition without refund, liability or compensation if the circumstances require us to do so.
We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, close the exhibition or any part of it temporarily or restrict the number of persons having access if the circumstances require us to do so.
