About the event: 

Learn the art of rewiring your brain from expert speakers covering the science behind anxiety, neuroplasticity, & a host of other wellness topics. Inspired by your takeaways from our speaker, you will then be led by Leah Kirsch to create your own custom art piece in her popular style.

All those wellness tips you've read in self-help books and on Instagram posts can finally be put into practice. At this event, a wellness speaker will discuss how neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to adapt through life and how to use it to build good habits and rewire your life in positive ways. You will have the opportunity to listen and ask questions about each topic. Once the speaking event has finished, artist Leah Kirsch will teach you her unique writing and drawing style so that you can create a piece of art that resonates with you- to take home and draw inspiration from!

You will be seated with your booking party. One complimentary drink per attendee.
