About the event:

Take a day trip out to Camp Aramoni, a boutique luxury glamping site in IL! A roundtrip shuttle will pick up & drop off at the meeting location in Chicago. Upon entry to the shuttle, you'll be welcomed with a cocktail to enjoy on the ride! Enjoy a sneak peek at the glamping lifestyle with a 4-course dinner, wine pairings, cocktails, and S'mores! During cocktail hour just before dinner, you'll make your own cocktail from The Burlington, our converted Airstream bar. During dinner enjoy wine tasting & pairings with our local winery, August Hill. For dessert, you will get to make your own s'more experience by the fire with our Chef.

Chef Carson Barger is the Executive Chef at Camp Aramoni. Traditionally trained in Lebanese cuisine, Chef Carson’s food is influenced by Mediterranean plant centric fare. After serving as the Head Chef at Social Kitchen, she then moved on to open a local juice and raw food bar followed by heading menu design at Tangled Roots Brewing Company. Her culinary talents and beautifully plated dishes caught the attention of McConville Studio, a photography studio specializing in commercial branding, where she was brought on as a food stylist for the studio’s various clients. Having adopted a plant-based diet herself, Chef now implements a plant-centric, upscale rustic menu incorporating locally sourced and foraged ingredients. Chef thoroughly enjoys serving her local community as well as the guests who stay with Camp Aramoni from out of town - an opportunity that she calls the best of both worlds!

Admission Includes:
-Round-trip shuttle service
-One welcome drink upon entry to the shuttle
-Dinner experience (4 courses)
-Wine tasting pairings during dinner
-During cocktail hour, make your own cocktail from The Burlington, their converted Airstream bar.
-For dessert, build your own gourmet s'more experience with chef at the fire-pits just outside the venue.

First Course:
Local Heirloom Tomato Crispy Rice
Camp Aramoni mignonette, sesame lacinato kale crisp, Tower Roads seasonal microgreens

Second Course:
Chilled Sweet Corn Bisque
Donnie Appleseed peaches and cream corn, Camp Aramoni honeycomb, cornbread crouton, pickled fresno, creme fraiche

Third Course:
Bengal Sweet Gourd Gnocchi
Brown butter marcona almonds, toasted goat cheese mousse, Camp Aramoni herb oil, charred delicata

Fourth Course:
Gourmet S'mores
