About the event:

The Malibu Wine Hike tour is the perfect blend of activity and leisure—you will be hiking a 2.5-mile loop around Saddlerock Ranch. This 1100 acre property is abundant in natural beauty, and you will find relaxation in the nature, fresh air, and sunshine surrounding you.

Proud rock formations, sweeping views, cute critters, and the copious amounts of flora and fauna will make you feel as though you are no longer in LA County but an area far removed from society. In addition, the grapevines that surround you will induce further beauty and a deeper connection to the wine country that Malibu offers.

Taste the Regions' Wine and Take in Malibu's Natural Beauty:

While hiking, you will be delighted by the peaceful atmosphere and the unexpected removal from the hustle and bustle of LA. Birdsong and the calls of the numerous wild and tame creatures alike that dwell on the ranch can be heard throughout the hike, and you will breathe in the incredibly fresh, smog-free air that only nature can provide.

Throughout the trek, you will smell the beautiful flowers that bloom throughout the property and the woodsy smell of the strong oak trees that many species of mammals, reptiles, and birds call home. While walking through the ranch portion of the property, you may see our happy four-legged residents, such as our horses, llamas, alpacas, donkeys, goats, and sheep!

As you venture through the vast grapevines that provide our delicious wine, a tour guide will educate you about our varietals, our winemaking process, and the history and love that comes from a family-owned wine company, allowing for a deeper connection with the wine that you will enjoy. Come, experience Malibu’s wine and hike like never before.

Let's Keep It Safe:

Due to the outdoor nature of our business we will run hikes if customers are already booked or would like to book. We are allowing all scheduled reservations to reschedule at any time and at no-cost. The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance.

Company Protocols:

- Require guests to pre-sign waivers on their personal computers or phones. You will receive a link to the electronic waiver when you place an order online.
- There will be no physical contact between check-in staff and customers. All transactions are completely touch-less.
- Customers will be given wine to-go.
- Customers will be asked to give guide tips via electronic apps such as Venmo.
- Max group size limited to 12 people.
- Hand sanitizer provided.
