Hidden away in the green of Melrose is a greek house goodie. This dark wood, two-story coffee house is one you can easily miss if you’re not looking. Hidden away under green ivy and trees, this college coffee find has the faces and art of ancient greeks surrounding its poetic walls. From listening to smooth music from the jukebox to relaxing on velvet couches, this hidden gem is one of the coziest in the city.

What's better than a café? A café that also doubles as a wine bar. Enter: Penny Quarter serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with strong espresso drinks daily until 3PM and even stronger (and incredible) wines to choose from all day - I mean it is technically 5PM somewhere. No judgement here. Pro Tip: Wines by the glas are 1/2 off everyday from 2PM-5PM and all day on Mondays. Did Monday just become our favorite day of the week? Yep.

With an outside looking more like a warehouse, Paper Co. Cafe is the perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. With large garage door windows and minimalistic decor, this simple style cafe brews a lot more than just a pretty face. With house brewed coffee and a studded starting menu, there is no limit to how long we'll be spending here.

You can now have the best of both worlds by hanging out with your new feline friends while enjoying yummy coffee and tea! Unlike any other coffeehouse in the city, this is an experience you don’t want to miss. We're still waiting for this version with dogs, just saying.
