Brooklyn Bridge Park is Hosting Free Movies This Summer
Movies with a View are back for summer 2023! 🍿🎥

by New York Bucket List
In case you need another reason to love summer in New York (outside of all the free concerts, street festivals, days at the pool, and Mr. Softee cones), Brooklyn Bridge Park will be hosting its annual Movies with a View series again, starting in July!
Every Thursday night, from July to August, locals and visitors gather in the park to watch a movie with the iconic Manhattan skyline as a backdrop—for free! This year's theme is “We Are Family,” and movie titles will include a mix of classics, new releases, and family-friendly films.
Here's everything you need to know about this summer's Brooklyn Bridge Park movie series.
What to Know About Movies with a View

The movie screenings take place at Harbor View Lawn in Brooklyn Bridge Park. This stunning lawn is located at Pier 1, which is easily accessible by subway or ferry. You can take the A, C, or F subway lines to York Street or the 2, 3, or R lines to Clark Street. Alternatively, you can take the East River Ferry to DUMBO or Brooklyn Bridge Park/DUMBO.
