About the event:
In Italy, Sunday is a day where family and friends come together - usually around food - to take time to appreciate life. And, that's how we feel at Evento! Our Sunday Pasta Making experience is a great way to wind down your weekend OR keep the party going - the vibes are right! All guests will get a chance to make traditional Italian pastas by hand, which you will take home, and we'll serve up a variety of fresh pastas with different sauces. We also include an open wine bar, aperol spritzes during our aperitivo, passed apps, salad to go with your pasta, and homemade dessert like tiramisu. We have music playing to keep it fun and a great team to make sure you learn the techniques, eat plenty, drink (wine and non alcohol drinks available), and have the best Sunday evening possible! Come join us for a super fun Sunday cooking party!
Sequence of Events
- Open wine bar throughout the evening, spritzes during the aperitivo.
- First 30 minutes: Aperitivo with a rotating Italian style app, wine and spritzes (we can accommodate GF, DF, and Vegan) - soft drinks available too.
- Class: Guests learn to make their own pasta led by our instructors, (take your own pasta to cook at home!).
- The staff will serve two kinds of freshly made pasta with two different sauces and a seasonal salad.
- We'll finish up the eating with an Italian dessert.
- We have music on throughout the event for a great Sunday Cooking Party vibe!
